Description: Acacia nilotica is a tree that can grow up to 5-20
meters tall, with a dense spheric crown, stems and branches usually dark to
black colored, fissured bark, and thorn pairs at the nodes. The leaves are
bipinnate with 3-6 pairs of pinnulae and 10-30 pairs of leaflets each. The
flowers are golden yellow and spherical, appearing in pedunculate flower-heads.
The fruit is a legume, which is thin, strap-like, brownish, and contains seeds
inside.
