First Aid

EYES:

1. Remove contact lenses if present.

2. Flush eyes with water or saline for 20-30 minutes while calling for medical help.

3. Do not use any ointments or medications without a physician's instruction.

4. Transport the victim to a hospital immediately, even if no symptoms appear.

SKIN:

1. Flood the affected area with water and remove contaminated clothing.

2. Wash the skin thoroughly with soap and water.

3. If redness or irritation develops, call a physician and prepare to transport the victim to a hospital.

INHALATION:

1. Leave the contaminated area and breathe fresh air deeply.

2. If symptoms like wheezing, coughing, or shortness of breath develop, call a physician and prepare to transport the victim to a hospital.

3. Provide rescuers with proper respiratory protection, preferably a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA).

INGESTION:

1. Do not induce vomiting.

2. If conscious and not convulsing, give the victim 1-2 glasses of water and call for medical help.

3. If advised by a physician, prepare to transport the victim to a hospital.

4. If the victim is convulsing or unconscious, do not give anything by mouth, ensure the airway is open, and lay the victim on their side with the head lower than the body.
